Nativo Vinicola

NativoVinicolaDeveloped out of a strong passion for wine, biodynamic farming practices, and Baja California’s native culture, Nativo Vinicola is another great reason why award-winning wines are created here that reflect the character and terroir of the Guadalupe Valley. This family-owned winery produces a small amount of bold varietals that fill your pallet with intense fruit and hints of herb that characterizes the sustainable techniques used in creating their wine. Nativo Vinicola pays homage to it’s native land and it shows. The winemakers focus on organic farming is poignant, something that directly transfers to the harvest and winemaking process. The quality transfer from vineyard practice to bottle stems from specifics like transferring lower volume containers to crush for minimal bruising and small volume fermenting. Nativo relies on purposeful cooler morning harvests and cold maceration to keep fruit bruising to a minimum.  They also do their malolatic fermentation in their own oak barrels to keep quality consistent.

The traditionally decorated chalet at the winery also offers a rustic overnight experience for overnight guests. Nativo Vinicola offers both tours and tastings.
