AlXimia

AlXimiaArchitecturally AlXimia has a very unique look to it that is obviously influenced by it’s mathematician now winemaker Alvaro Alvarez.  He has taken the local tradition to blend noble Italian and Spanish varietals, making a variety of non-traditional blends. Settled amongst the vineyards and known as the “Cathedral of Wine”,  AlXimia is a wondrous structure that acts both as a working winery and tasting area. Alvarez and his crew prides themselves in both environmentally sustainable and delicious wines that represent the Valley of Guadalupe. Though all of AlXimia’s estate wines are reds, they also produce a white Viognier, (Baja, California), a soft pressed Grenache, (Blanc de Noir), and Grenache Rosé.
